CacheControlpublic CacheControl() Create a new instance of CacheControl. The new instance will have the following default settings:- private = false
- noCache = false
- noStore = false
- noTransform = true
- mustRevalidate = false
- proxyRevalidate = false
- An empty list of private fields
- An empty list of no-cache fields
